Leonard A. Davis is a nationally recognized authority on corporate law, commercial law, class actions, personal injury, complex
business litigation, and railroad crossing and derailment matters.
After receiving his B.A. from the University Texas at Austin, Mr. Davis earned his law degree at Tulane University School of Law. He is an AV-rated attorney with Martindale-Hubble.
Mr.
Davis is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Sports
Lawyer Association, American Bar Association (Member of Section of Business Law), Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the
Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association.
An acknowledged expert on railroad crossing and derailment litigation he has written
articles on railroad litigation for several publications, including Trial Magazine, and has spoken at numerous seminars.
Involved
in his community, Mr. Davis presently serves on the Advisory Council and/or Boards of the New Orleans Museum of Art, Louisiana
Children's Museum, Jewish Endowment Foundation, Tulane University Medical Center, and numerous other charitable and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Davis practices at the HermanGerel office in New Orleans, Louisiana.
